About the class
Dance Fitness is a high-energy adult class taught by Adam Shaw of Kinetics 360, offered at Déjà Dance on Monday evenings.
The class brings together elements of cardio, aerobics, calisthenics and flexibility, with plenty of movement and music along the way. No two classes are exactly the same, and you're encouraged to work at a level that suits you.
Whether you're already active, getting back into exercise, or simply looking for something a bit more fun than a traditional workout, come along and give it a go.
